2. Agreement to Rent

In the process of ordering, an item is let out for some time. Its rental period will start from delivery and end on the return of the item delivered in its condition. Extensions may be available through additional charges when requested.

3. Terms of Payment

This payment is accepted by the kind of cash on delivery. Currently, no other payment option is available. When it is a refund, the amount paid will be returned via bank transfer. Only our criteria-approved refunds are processed.

4. Cancellations and Changes to Orders

Orders are accepted for cancellation or change only before the dispatch of the order. After the shipment, cancellation will not be feasible. In case of any trouble, please get in touch with us immediately.

5. Item Condition and Liability

The item is ensured to be of quality at the time of delivery. Renters are liable for the return of the item in good condition. Extra wear and tear may attract extra charges. Any lost item will require the customer to pay the replacement fees.

6. Returns and Overdue Fees

Items are to be returned on the agreed date. A late fee will be charged for late returns. If you need an additional return period, please contact us prior to any such opportunity being set up.

7. Processing of Personal Data

Quenciti processes data regarding its customers on our website in accordance with the Taiwan Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Any data that is to be collected will only be utilized for the proper fulfillment of orders, improvement of service, and compliance with the law.
