Return and Refund Policy

At Quenciti, we strive to offer you nice, clean, and fashionable dress rentals for all occasions. However, if there is a problem with your order, we have described our return and refund process below to make sure it is clear and fair to everyone.

Returns

  • Items can be returned only when the items arrive in a condition contrary to what was agreed upon at the point of rental, meaning significant damage or defects that were previously undisclosed.
  • Make the return request within 24 hours after item receipt. Reach us by email at [email protected], providing a detailed description and photos.
  • Once the return request is approved, the item needs to be returned in its original packaging and without wear, with the exception of trying it on. Any marks of excessive wear may affect the return decision.

Refunds

  • Refunds only occur when the return request has been approved on the grounds that the item delivered is damaged.
  • Once the returned item is checked and the problem is confirmed, this refund shall be made to the bank account provided by the customer through a bank transfer.
  • The refund amount shall be the same amount that was originally made for the rental and not any further charges for its delivery.
  • This needs to be informed of within 7 business days of receiving the products and confirming that there is an issue for a refund to be processed.

Important Notes

  • Refund are not honored in case of style, size, or a change of mind. Consumers are always directed to refer to size information before a purchase is made.
  • Late returns will incur more fees or charges.
  • In case of disagreement, we do what we can to find an appropriate solution where both parties' interests can be met amicably.
