We try to do what is within our power to ensure all customers get a seamless rental experience. Renting your favorite outfit is now as easy as it gets. First, you should visit our website and go to the products section to get the detailed list of rental outfits we offer. Upon selecting your outfit, proceed to the checkout page and provide us with your location details. The payment has to be made in cash when the product reaches you.
What is the duration of renting a dress from you?
Well, this entirely depends on you. However, when selecting your desired ensemble, you will find an option to choose the number of days for which you want to rent the product. You also need to keep in mind that if, by chance, you keep the dress beyond the specified duration, you may have to pay an additional fee when returning the item.
In case a dress doesn’t fit, what do I need to do?
We know that sometimes it happens that a rented dress doesn't fit as expected. But we always recommend our customers choose their correct size after reviewing our sizing guide once. However, when you have received a dress that doesn’t fit properly, reach out to our support executives to express your concern immediately. We will arrange a different size of the outfit.
Is there any specific approach that I need to follow to look after the dress?
We understand that when you rent a dress, you are always aware of keeping it the way you received it. However, just make sure you don't tear the dress. We handle all the cleaning requirements of an outfit. Even when there is a small stain, we will waive any potential fee. Ensure that the dress is stored in a clean and safe place.
Do you dry-clean all the dresses before delivering them to a customer?
Yes, it is mandatory to dry-wash each piece of our collection before we rent it out. We want to guarantee that all our rental items remain in ideal condition, and for that, we follow a specialized method of washing them after you return an ensemble.
Is there a way to extend my rental duration?
We know that it may happen that sometimes you like a dress so much that you want to wear it again for an event that is close to the end of your rental duration, and for that, you want to request a rental period extension. We offer this service, but first, we need to check if it is already reserved for another customer or not.
